Help Me Grow is a free service connecting families to needed resources and services starting with pregnancy through age six. Families can also connect to parenting supports, basic needs, healthcare providers.
Parenting Together
Parenting Together is a collection of resources available to parents in Washington County. This includes parent education, child care resources, family-friendly activities, and web-based resources for parents organized by the child's age.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy food, health referrals and other services free of charge to families who qualify and can be connected through Help Me Grow.
Healthy Families
Healthy Families is a free, voluntary home visiting program offering support and education to families who are expecting or parenting newborns and can be connected through Help Me Grow.
Nurse Home Visiting
Nurse Home Visiting serves the needs of families that are pregnant and up to age 5. These programs are free to eligible women, families, and children and can be connected through Help Me Grow.
Early Head Start
Children's growth and development is supported in a positive learning environment through a variety of services, which include quality early childhood education through Community Action Organization (CAO) and Oregon Child Development Coalition.
